    Our team aims to have all orders processed within 48 hours of placement. We will contact you and/or the intended recipient via email and/or phone call when the order is ready for pick up.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No. All orders are to be collected from our brick-and-mortar store in Camana Bay or delivery options are available in Grand Cayman as follows: Spend minimum $50 for free delivery between West Bay and Bodden Town Orders under $50 will be charged a $5 delivery fee to these locations (WB-BT) Spend minimum $100 for free delivery between East End and North Side Orders under $100 will be charged a $10 delivery fee to these locations (EE-NS)
  • Where do I collect my order from?
    Orders can be collected from our brick-and-mortar store located in Camana Bay.
  • I haven’t received a confirmation for my order. What should I do?
    If you’ve completed the order and payment, please check your junk mail for a confirmation email.   • How will I know my order has been collected by the intended recipient?
    Once an order is picked up by the recipient, you will receive an email indicating that they have done so.

  • What is your return and refund policy?
    Unopened and/or undamaged purchases can be returned for store credit within 15 days of purchase, with a valid receipt.
  • Do you charge a restocking fee?
    If in the off chance that an order is returned, we will not charge a restocking fee.

  • Can I earn Polyn points on my purchase?
    Polyn points are only available on purchases made in-store. Please visit our location in Camana Bay to shop and earn loyalty points on your Polyn account.

  • Are masks mandatory for customers?
    Your safety is our priority. As such, we ask that when you come to collect your order, you wear a mask.
  • How are you keeping employees and customers safe?
    All of our employees are required to wear masks while in-store, we regularly sanitise our stores and high touch surfaces.
